Khalid to bring Free Spirit Tour to Dallas

Khalid is embarking on his first arena tour this summer titled Free Spirit World Tour. The 21-year-old from El Paso turned heads with the release of his single “Location” back in 2016, just a few months after his high school graduation. His first LP, American Teen, came out in 2017, which hit No. 9 on the Billboard album chart, followed by an EP titled “Suncity” in 2018. Khalid has become one of the most well-known R&B artists of the late 2010s and even earned five Grammy nominations in 2018, including for Best Song and Best New Artist. He released his second studio album, “Free Spirit”, on April 5 of this year, which has spent 10 weeks on the Billboard 200 with a peak at No. 1.
The tour kicks off June 20 in Glendale, AZ and covers much of the U.S. and Canada as well as Europe and Australia. He will perform at American Airlines Center in Dallas on July 14 with special guest Clairo. Below is a list of tour dates for the U.S. shows.
