Judah & the Lion released their latest album, Pep Talks, on May 3, 2019; a collection of songs that has proven to be a very personal piece of work.  Pep Talks explores painful subjects and reflects Judah Akers’ vulnerability.  Prior to the release of the album, Judah & the Lion toured through the South and Midwest introducing fans to the new material and revealing the story behind the album.  The shows were performed in a more intimate environment and helped fans feel more connected to the band.  Akers is very candid about his experiences with anxiety and depression, as well as the pain of dealing with a loved one struggling with addiction.  This is something that resonates with fans.

Judah & The Lion Released Pep Talks 5/3/19

The band has been touring throughout the year in support of Pep Talks and they have a few fall dates remaining.  You can head over to the band’s website to order a copy of the new album or pickup tickets for one of their upcoming shows.
